Bubbles is a unique management system developed specifically for Dive Schools and Dive Centres. It includes the functionality to manage all operational and administrative aspects of such a business. Customers		Dive Packages
Bubbles provides a complete Customer Database storing all necessary personal information, certification history, dive history, equipment information and purchase history. All you need to know about customers is accessible from one centralised place. The system also handles group clients such as language schools.		Bubbles allows you to manage dive packages in a flexible way which allows practically any custom pricing models a dive center may offer.

Dive Courses		Equipment Management
Bubbles allows you to manage diving course prices and supports all established training and certification agencies. The module is designed to be extended for any new agencies seamlessly with no effort whatsoever.		Bubbles holds a full stock inventory of any equipment available for hire. A real-time stock report also gives the user a full view of stock levels at any point in time. The system also notifies key players with upcoming servicing dates and schedules.

Dive Scheduling		Sales and Billing
This module is based on the Microsoft Outlook Interface, however it has been designed and developed specifically for the diving industry. This tool allows the user to schedule any dive, assign customers to the dive, assign instructors and vehicles and automatically issue a dive log sheet based on the equipment information stored within the system for each diver.		Bubbles enables the sale of dive packages, courses, equipment hire, course material or dive supplements creating fully automated invoices with VAT breakdown included. All purchases and payments are stored as history and can be accessed at any time.

Reports		Web Module
Several reports allow the user to use the data within the system in the most effective and valuable way possible. The following reports are available and are issued in PDF or Microsoft Excel format: Debtors Report Sales Report (End of day, End of month, Period parametrised) Equipment Servicing Report Dive Schedule Report Equipment Stock Levels Report		All the above functionality is available as a web module, enabling easy and seamless integration with a client’s existing or new website opening opportunities for e-commerce.
